TIPS

- Pouring the waffle mix on the griddle, or

removing ready fried waffles, should

always be done as quickly as possible

so that the temperature of the griddles

is held constant.

- The amount of sugar in the mix affects

the colour of the ready waffles; more

sugar = darker waffles.

- The mix should not be too thin.

- In the event of uneven frying: check that

all ingredients are well mixed (it is

important that sugar and cooking fat are

well mixed).

- The mix can preferably be whipped with

an electric mixer.

- The ingredients for the mix should have

about the same temperature before

mixing.

observed.

- if the appliance has not been properly

maintained, if force has been used

against it or if it has damaged in any

other way.

- errors of faults owing to defects in the

distribution system.

- if the appliance has been repaired or
